Motar Pelled, Adv., an associate at Luthi & Co., seamlessly combines his foundational knowledge in pharmacy with intellectual property law. With a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and an LLM from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Motar stands uniquely at the crossroads of healthcare and the legal landscape.

His proficiency encompasses a wide array of IP challenges including pharma patents, regulatory requirements, and medical device patents. Furthermore, Motar addresses copyright and regulatory inquiries for clients in Israel and on the global stage.

In addition to his role at Luthi & Co., Motar has been recognized for his in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and law, leading him to teach the “Pharmaceutical Law” course to pharmacy students at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s School of Pharmacy.

Beyond his professional life, Motar volunteers as an Emergency Medical Technician (E.M.T.) with Magen David Adom (MDA).
