Svetlana Stadler

With a career spanning more than 30 years, Svetlana Stadler, a founding partner at CDS-LUTHI Intellectual Property Group, is a highly respected and formidable figure in the field of intellectual property. She holds an M.Sc. in Physics from the University of Kishinev, Moldova, and is a graduate of the Central College of Patent Studies in Moscow, Russia. Over the course of her career, Svetlana has developed extensive expertise in managing complex IP matters, including portfolio management, strategic counseling, due diligence, patentability and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, patent invalidation and opposition proceedings, as well as the drafting and prosecution of patent applications across a wide range of physics-related technologies.
