Omer Naim, Adv. is an associate at Luthi & Co., where he advises clients on various issues in the field of intellectual property.
He holds an LLB as well as a bachelor’s degree in political science from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Omer is involved in a variety of intellectual property cases with an emphasis on patent litigation and monetization.
He joined Luthi & Co. in 2024 following the completion of his internship with the firm.
During his legal studies, Omer worked at The Commissioner of Business Service Providers (the entity guiding, supervising and enforcing the duties of the business service providers pursuant to the Prohibition on Money Laundering Law) at the Ministry of Justice.
